Unfortunately even if your machine is under one year old 'software related' problem or accidental damage is probably not covered under warranty, or if it's out of warranty then call us! 

We generally encourage you to bring any hardware to our workshop for repair. This is generally more cost affective for you and reduces the amount of downtime but sometimes it is better to use our call out service.

If you are unable to bring you Computer to our shop, we offer a collect and return service from £20.00

We will collect you equipment from you house or business premise, then complete the repair at our workshop, charging at the normal repair fee.

Once the repair is complete we will then return your equipment to you and re-connect to ensure everything works correctly. 

We carry stock from the leading suppliers and all come with at least one years manufacturers warranty.

If you wish to trade in you old equipment against an upgrade or purchase, just bring in your equipment for evaluation.

This can often be done on the spot.
